have been working out in the gym for last one year. i am 41 years of age with 2 kids. Initially i lost about 4 kgs now i seem to be puuting on weight inspite of regular workouts and eating right. 97 Jetta GL 2.0 is having issues starting and running.?

Jetta wouldn't start easily and was sputtering after finally starting. Did a full tune up (cap, rotor, air filter, plugs and wires) and was still having issues. Wiped the codes and read the ones the reappeared and got 302 (misfire on Cyl 2), 341 (Camshaft Position Sensor), and 1238 (Cyl 2 Injector Circuit Open). Info that I have found on 341 says usually that code pops up when the timing belt is changed and the distributor was put back in a tooth off but we didnt replace the belt, which makes me wonder if it finally slipped. But I dunno what 1238 is trying to tell me and I ume 302 is coming up because of 1238. Someone mentioned ECM but I ume 1237, 1238, 1239, and 1240 would come up (each being a cylinder) if the ECM was bad. Any suggestions? The Camshaft Position Sensor is built into the Distributor Ignition on this car by the way, so in order to change it I would have to order the distributor and its $175+. Someone else said on their 99 Golf they fixed their 1238 code by replacing Fuse 32 (10A) in their panel, but I havent checked them all and do not have the cover of course.... Also someone had success by cleaning the M Air Flow Sensor and Throttle Body while replacing the ECT sensor. I did not replace the coil on this tune up either. Please help!

Ive watched them for several days, and changed out the water a few times, and they show no signs of being unhealthy or starting to wilt. Since the leaves are still getting bigger and I have several of these sprouts along the stem, I was wondering if there was any way to get them to take root in soil and be starters for rose bushes. DEFTONES - Diamond Eyes (2010) album, anyone listen to it yet?

It's a really, really good album, I swear. The thing is like a journey or something. It has that peaceful quality that you could turn off all the lights in your room and just sit in darkness listening to it. Chino Moreno's vocals have improved and he always has that great combination of soothing whispers of beauty and insane, yelling. 90% of the tracks on the album are nothing short of amazing. Songs like Diamond Eyes or CMND/CTRL or 976-Evil stand out with the kind of flair and raw intensity that you expect from a Deftones album. The best song on the album BY FAR has to be hands-down, "Risk". There is something so beautifully magical about it. The lyrics stand out, the drums and the guitar by Carrington really make this track stand out from the rest. Rocket Skates is also a really good one and should definitely be played a lot more on the radio. I'd hate to say this but Chi Cheng's accident was the best thing to ever happen to them. They sound a lot more down-to-earth ala White Pony and Adrenaline. Did I mention Chino lost a lot of weight? He looks like back to his Around The Fur days. All in all, Deftones fans, you've gotta pick up this album and the people just reading this who have no idea who Deftones are, you're totally missing out on one of the best alternative metal groups to ever exist. CHILD SUPPORT - loving devoted dad OR single, spend child support on herself, partying mom?

I have lots of questions on this subject...as a woman who didn't have a biological father growing up and didn't receive any monetary support, why do the dads the do spend time with their kids, pay 1/2 of everything, etc. get screwed? My boyfriend is one of the best dads I have ever seen! He is a wonderful father to my step-daughter who is 5 and our daughter, but we are barely able to make ends meet. Now Public Aid in Illinois is taking him back to court for MORE child support. I understand as the cost of living goes up so does child support, but he pays too much money to her now! First off 22% comes out of the check I understand. But then the $115 for insurance every paycheck (he gets paid twice a week), 1/2 of daycare, and other necessities when we have her. We get her every other weekend, if we don't have her on the weekend we get her Sunday night, and we also pick her up from school on Wednesday nights and take her to school Thursday. Now I know you are thinking well he should want her because it's his daughter....she is the one that has residential custody. He got majorly screwed because he didn't seek legal representation when they first went to court because his ex told him that he didn't have to. She has residential custody and he pays child support (which totals to about $538 with the child support and insurance.) This doesn't include the clothes we buy for school, new bed sheets, toys, food, and transportation. When she is out of school daycare is $75 a week, when she is in school she is in the after-school program for $9 a week (THANK GOD!) I agree that a father should pay child support especially if he doesn't have anything to do with the child. Now, through Public Aid she is taking him back to court for more money, I am kind of worried how we are going to pay our bills depending on how much is taken out of his check. He makes GREAT money, but after child support there is hardly anything left. I may be complaining, but do any of you know a way to help get her at our house or the child support stopped. I may sound like an overbearing step-mom, but I love her very much. It just so happens she costs so much. She requires more money spent on her than our 9 month old daughter. I wouldn't mind having her all the time, but her mother would not go for it..just because she wouldn't collect money from him bi-weekly. I just feel terrible for him because we have tried finding a decent lawyer, but cannot afford it. There is no way to get a subsidized lawyer because he makes too much money...that we never see. I have a pom who does the same thing. Anything she finds is fair game. Every toy she has ever gotton she ate the tags off. She loves to get the stuffing out of toys, pillows etc. and eat it. NASCAR on ESPN/ABC. Do you love it or hate it?

I believe that NASCAR on ESPN/ABC has some of the worst broadcasting coverage ever. Too much dumbed down terms, the announcers have no idea how to call a race (though Marty Reid has improved a little), the pit reporters always mess up, and the statistical and technical overuse is unbearable. We all know how an engine blows up. Also, way too many commercials and I hate the bulky graphics. Remember, ESPN/ABC hasn't always been this bad at NASCAR coverage. Back in the 80s and 90s, guys like Bob Jenkins, Benny Parsons, Ned Jarrett, and Dr. Jerry Punch in the pits were the top notch team and set the pace for other networks. Even back in the 90s when ESPN covered ARCA, NASCAR Goody's Dash Series, and NASCAR All Pro Series, the coverage was so professional, even for much lower tier series. My question is, do you love or hate the coverage? What would you do to make it better? Any broadcast schedules? or just somethings that I just missed. Thanks!

At age 16, how can I get my start to build up to be in the indy car series?

Like Ray said you need lots of money or a sponsor with lots of money. I hate to say it, but at 16 you are kinda a little behind the 8 ball already. Most Indy series drivers started in karts when they were 8 or 9 years old. Start racing karts as soon and as often as you can now. If you want to stay in open-wheel racing, I would then try to get a ride in USAC. By driving sprints, midgets, and silver crown cars you will gain valuable experience you can use later in your career. Talk to anyone and everyone you can about racing. At the tracks talk to drivers, owners, and sponsers. Get to know as many people as you can. The next logical step is to try and get a ride in the Indy Pro Series. This is a support series for the IndyCar series and often run the same tracks. If you are successful at this level it will only be a matter of time before you will get noticed by a IndyCar owner willing to give you a chance to drive their car. Good Luck!

okay so i have been on and off with my boyfriend for about 3 years. the past year or so has been really tough. it seems like we fight all the time over stupid little things. i guess i should just start from the beginning. first off hes a gemini and im a picses, if that helps. it wasnt til about december of 08 that we actually started getting serious, you know taking about moving in together, having kids, getting married....that sort of thing. i have a lot of guy friends and he has a lot of girl friends. it started on new years 08 i had gotten dropped off by one of my guy friends at my bf friends house(where he was, he invited me to the new years party) well he got mad that another guy dropped me off, understandable. but then he goes and calls up his ex so i figured hes not into me so i made out with a guy at the party, he got really mad and we;ve been fighting about it ever since, literally he brings it up all the time. then from there i think he let the new years party incident go, and we started talking again. well every other week he would have a new excuse to break up with me...rather it be he just wants to be friends to hes got commitment issuses. this goes on and on til about june 09 and i can never tell if hes serious with me. one day hes like i want to marry you then the next day he says he hates me and wants me out of his life. we break up for about 2 months in june( usually we break up and argue til we come to a equal and "work things out " and just get back together) this time we actually broke up for 2 months without talking. then he said he was just being an *** trying to make me learn. when he and i break up he always goes back to his little girl friends so i figure ill do the same and move on, but then apparently im at a wrong by doing that. a guy friend of mine had messaged me over myspace and i replied and deleted the message cuz i knew my bf would get mad. I've adopted a 1year old male heeler, and I'm not sure how it's working out. I've had a heeler before, and she was a ball of energy, playful. But Ollie here, he just lounges around, has no interest in a ball or bone. He will foloow us from room to room, but turns skittish if we make a sudden movement in his direction. He has no interest in going outdoors. He is loveable as can be, but a total foot dog. He was intended as a pal for our 3 year old, but he has no playfulness! How to get rid of a cystic pimple?

I'm 20 and I've been getting cystic pimples for a while now. I ONLY get them on my nose, especially the sides of my nose. Also, I think they may be triggered by hormones since I only get them when Aunt Flo comes to visit. How the hell do I get rid of these things? This "cystic cycle" has been a rough one. I think it started out with one pimple then I kept popping it and now I have had like four of them in one month. It's getting old. I read not to pop them but I can't resist. Why would I want that nasty stuff to stay inside my nose? Anyways, are there any ways to get rid of them fast? I have one on my nose now that makes my nose look bigger than it actually is. Eventually the Commander, with tears running down his cheeks calmed down. A few minutes later I heard to full sordid details of the crime. The waiter, it transpired had been in an argument with the proprietor over a wage claim and the proprietor refused to talk to him, as a way of revenge the waiter served his tables but refused to put the basket of bread on the table, not only that be he served a full bodied Bordeaux Rouge with the fish course. I have since found out that the proprietor hanged himself in shame and the Caf� has now closed. Was this a correct course of action for either the waiter or the Commander or the proprietor.

Yahoo Spell Check United States Not Working?

My Yahoo account was working fine for two weeks. All of a sudden within the last week my Spell Check does not respond. I click on Spelling and the tool underlines the words in red that need correction. I click on the word and the correct options that appear in the gray box below the mis-spelled word. I click on the correct word and it turns the mid-spelled word black but does not automatically correct it. It is not working at all. What do i need to do to correct this setting?

The long part of the story, short is that I have a friend with benefits relationship with this guy. We have become pretty great friends since it all began, we were at one point just F*ck buddies. At one point he hinted at wanting more at which point I did not. Then somewhere along the line, this changed and the roles reversed. He was not interested in having a relationship at all other than what we were doing, do to past heartache he had yet to deal with and I on the other hand was ready for one. We have had some major up and downs since then but we have still remind friends and reap the rewards of benefits when we want to. During the whole course of this we have both talked openly about having a relationship, saying it’s something we want but not timely, etc. But also during this he has wanted his ex back and has tried very hard to make this happen. I know, I know….then why am I even bothering, right? First and foremost, the man is my friend, one of, if not my dearest and truest friends so ultimately I want him to be happy and get what he wants…even if that isn’t me. I help him; I give him advice, a female perspective and help him to see other viewpoints. It’s hard on me when I do this, but I know I’m not doing it for any other reason than to help him. He gets so confused and he needs someone to talk to about that. I know a lot of people say, “If a guy talks to you about other women, then you aren’t in the picture.” I think that to an extent but I don’t really know if it applies to this situation. Ultimately, I think he is searching for closure but whatever he is looking for I just want him to find it and be happy. To get on with my question, I would like to know why on earth he is keeping me around. Do you guys think he considers me in the future? We have a lot of fun together. We go on hikes, drives, road trips, play games, go out to eat, go to the movies, buy Christmas presents for each other..Etc. What does all of that mean in relation to what we have going on? Lets consider this, radioactive shells are used to break armor on tanks etc... Lets consider if a Zulu warrior had say, radioactive tip arrow heads and titanium shields, given they would be able to M1A2 tank armor and stop all but APC bullets. The arrows would be effective against the soldiers body armor too. I believe such a situation would seriously disadvantage US forces against say a united Zulu affront. Consider how much more powerful this force would be and could you envisage the US defeat? How would you avoid heavy casualties in such a situation?

Ok so me and my fiances dad and his side of the family have never really gotten along. Thank god i hardly ever have to see them. SO when i heard my fiances nana was in town i was annoyed, as i knew we would have to go and see her. I have a 12 month old and am 23 weeks pregnant. She asked about how the pregnancy is going and asked if we know the (my fiance rang her the day we found out and told her, so she already knew) and i said 'yep, its a girl' and she said 'well it could still be a boy ya know' and i said 'well a boy would look pretty funny with a ' and she said 'stranger things have happened, i hope people arent buying you pink things just in case its a boy' then i just sort of ignored her because i couldnt be bothered arguing, THEN she said "id be packing boys clothes to take to hospital when you give birth, so he doesnt look silly in pink" and i just said "there will be white things". Like WTF is she thinking!! The scan i had wasnt the best but he couldnt see a willy and he said that it looked like a but the baby was being difficult. For my sons birthday which was the weekend just been she didnt give him a card or a present, she just gave us a little it of money to buy him something, didnt ask how his party was or anything. And now my fiances dad (he lives over in the uk) is coming home for a month at xmas time. he has never sent anything for him, not even a card, never asks about him or my pregnancy and now he keeps saying things like 'i can take the kids off your hands when i come home' and 'il take the little man camping for a few days' and when i told him he is ore than welcome to see thm but that i will not be leaving them with him, he got really offended and has been saying stuff to my fiance about how he has 16 months to catch up on etc etc but he has never been interested until he started thinking abut coming home. i man my son will only be 16 months old and my daughter could be anywhere from 2 weeks-6 weeks old. i dont think id even leave a 16 year old with him!
