Yes! You are totally in a routine and causing yourself unnecessary anxiety. But I have been exactly where you are, so I can understand. The best you can do is try to keep telling yourself to relaxxxxx. Keep taking your meds, eat a balanced diet, get a moderate amount of exercise, and you'll be fine. You might want to ask your doctor to adjust your antidepressant med dosage or add in something like Xanax for when it feels like you just can't make yourself relax.
