Would a tatoo be more painfull if you have fibromyalgia?

Everything is more painful! I've had it for years and everything hurts more. Now I'm getting Sjogren's Syndrome and I dont know what's next? But with fibromyalgia, it's like the nerves are all super sensitized and you can feel pain at a great magnitude. I cant wear shoes, I cant kneel on the floor, even lay on a hard surface, cant sit without a soft cushion, cant wear hats, bump my head I get a headache for 2 days, my neck is sensitive and sore, back pain, I would not get a tattoo no way!
