Where can you pay to conduct a train?

I know there are places where you can sign a waiver, take a cl and then hop in the driver seat of a NASCAR, but is there anywhere in American that does the same thing with trains? I have been looking all over, but have not found a business/company that lets you climb aboard and be a conductor for a mile or two. Does anyone know if such a thing exists?
