Any psychologists out there?,Why does this happen to me?!?

Okay,so I have these weird "visions" so to say but I only see them in dreams and it will actually happen in real life either the next day or a couple days later.Am I just crazy or can someone explain it to me?Can this be hereditary because the same things happen to my grandpa and they happened to his mother...help me.
