In how long will i see changes on my body?
Hy I'm 6"2,,300 pund guy I ben going to the gym Monday to Saturday I ben doing it for a week I also cut all the junk food I'm eating healthy foods now like in the mornings all eat a bowl of cereal kellogs dietary one,,then for lunch I either hace a turkey brest sandwish or a chicken salad and dinner I have chicken with vegetables I don't use oils or salts in my food just black pepper and between those meals I have small veggi or fruit snacks...and later when I come out from the gym I just eat like a granola bar and I drink lots of water during the day.....I'm tryng to build muscle just for the record........please help me and tell me if this is good dietary routine?????most imortant question IN HOW LONG WILL I SEE CHANGES ON MY BODY???thanx
