If Reagan tax cuts never happened its obvious we wouldnt be in the mess we are in now.Should we roll them back?

THe Bush tax cuts had to be extended in addition to a 2% payroll tax cut. There is no possible way you could have the people pay a penny more and think the economy would thrive.
