URGENT!! RECIPE needed?

i need to make a quick dessert, but i am out of sugar and er and milk and flour, i don't have time to go to the store, but all i have is some icecream waffle cones and some hershey's chocolate syrup and caramel topping and i have some nuts, but i dont have any icecream, what can i make using those few ingredients
