So im interested muay thai kickboxing and was wondering what things should i do that can help me for conditioning. like i hear that every muay thai kick boxer should jump rope. i have a jump rope and i was wondering since im a beginner how long should i jump rope for. 3X's a week for about 20 minutes or what ? help me out experienced ones please and thank you. oh and one more thing what other quick conditioning exercises should i do that don't eat up a big part of time in my day?
