Im being accused of stalking! its all false!!!! help me!!!!?

my neighbor filed a stalking order on me april 1 2010 i didnt get served untill april 25! as i am never home always working out with my children...etc. she spoke to me the whole month untill obviously i was served! then it has been nothing but making false reports to police 2 weeks ago saying i was harring her, when i was at district court tryuing to figure this all out > the police looked into it realized she was lying and i wasnt home! caled my wotk trying to get me fired! i work in nursing so she spoke to my DON! The nursing director disreguarded all that was said cause she knew the things she was saying wasnt reflecting the person she knows i am! the tried saying i put i note under her door, typed, not signed...etc! then this p monday i have reciepts saying i was shopping all day. but yet she called cops and said it was I who slipped a not eunder her door at noon> as i was not even outta toys r us till 12:50pm ason reciept> also other reciepts proving where i was! also a written note by another neighbor was brought to court as of 2 weeks ago the girl that wrote that letter has informed numerous people that she was told what to say and write on that paper. now im stuck! i dont know what to do we have another court hearing in june abut this but she lives right above me watches eveytime i leave> waits outside, she threatned me 1 wk ago on wed.. as the police have signed a warrent for her arrest cause of criminal threatining! as she was placed outside by wittnesses! with her own witnesses from court coming at me while i just came home from work at 1130pm! had to wait for escourt into my house unil 4am cause i live alone and afraid of goinbg to jail for things im NOT doing! can someone help me or refere me to a lawyer! please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!… email me at onduso11986@yahoo.com
