When did this Will Farrell skit air on SNL?

There was a skit on Saturday Night Live (or a short) where Will Farrell was talking to a baby in a stroller about a big battleship. He was using a German or Russian accent, and the baby was ignoring him and was busy crinkling a chip bag. I think it aired around 2000 or 2001, but it might have been later. I'd like to find it on DVD or online somewhere. Do you know what it's called, when it aired, and/or who was the host for that show? Thanks!
