Exercise plan how in 1 month?

Hi, my friend is 70 kgs 174 cms i.e 5'7. he is not lean or you can say flat belly and wanted to reduce in 1 months is it possible. His bone structure is broad as compared to others. Can you help me to tell him how. Sorry his age is 23 yrs and he is on leave for 1 months for exam prep. Pls help
