Cervix..Am I pregnant?? help plz anyone!?

ok has anyone ever had this and had a BFP (check my other ?'s for the symtoms i've had/having) just this last week i started checking my cervix...it i think was high but felt hard...then now for aout 2/3days its been high ( i think it moved up today/yesterday) but it feels like firm i guess you'd say..what does this mean??? pregnant or not? anyone have this and get a BFP??? (im irregular so i can't wait for AF and i think ovulation was 19th 20th of August) please any and all advice is welcome thank you very much
