Turkish Character Problem in Yahoo Groups?

in order to see the correct text, that group has to be created in the server of which that language is used. for instance English would be the USA server, German you'd make a group in the Germany server. Yahoo USA servers do not have the capability to decipher all languages, so you end up with funny text.
