How can an honest fellow go to law school post the Child Protection Act?

With the Child Protection Act the government under Pres. Clinton voted to permit screening by the judiciary of all potential new lawyers, judges, licensed professionals and etc. This law permits a judge (especially a mob lackey) to prevent any person, no matter how wealthy, from being recognized for personal worth without any recourse save complaint to the same virtual Spanish inquisition that accused him. Ours is a country that allows any minor judge to remove a person from every ability to get funding to go back to school by merely date drugging (for psychological reasons I'm sure) and then alleging poor fatherhood especially if sterile ( because of the date drugs the "patient" lacks ability to adequately answer the allegation within the Statutorily required 30 days). How, given this prejudicial reality does the nation expect opposition to form, given that the least punishment for opposing the "right" is to loose all financial resources and at worst death at prison labor?
