NETHERLANDS...PLEASE ANSWER!!!?

OK, well i am moving to the Netherlands and know not very much except it will be cold and rainy. Anybody do a report, visited, or even lived there? I mean i've been overseas 3 times. Italy when i was like 4, Italy when i was like 7, and London at 9. We almost moved to the Czech Republic but we didn't. Please give me info, i need it!!!
